Alles, was der Mann macht, ist einfach authentisch und sehr gut. Im Glas ist ein blassgelber Wein mit rosa Reflexen. Das mineralische Bouquet vereint Aromen von frischen Blten, Heu, Birnen sowie Zitrusnoten. Am Gaumen ist der Wein erfrischend saftig. Aufgrund seiner guten Extraktstruktur hallt der Wein lange nach.
